After checkout, we collect and review your measurements. Custom production typically takes 1–2 weeks once measurements, and prescription details when applicable, are approved. Prescription orders usually need an extra 5–7 business days. Transit time then depends on your destination, the carrier service, and customs processing.

Getting the fit right from a distance
You do not need a local dealer or fitting appointment. You measure at home in your normal working posture, and we review the measurements before production starts. If anything looks off, we ask before we build.

Warranty and returns outside the US
The same terms apply wherever you live. Non-prescription pairs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Prescription pairs are fully refundable until custom production begins. Manufacturing defects are covered by the limited lifetime warranty from the delivery date.
