Production and transit time
Custom production typically takes 1–2 weeks after your measurements and prescription information, when applicable, are received and approved. Shipping time begins after production and varies by destination, carrier service, and customs processing.
Tracking and updates
Once your order ships, you receive an email with carrier and tracking information. Address changes are possible before the carrier takes possession of the package. Contact heliosxloupes@gmail.com as soon as possible to update an address before shipment.
